What if I connect the clamps the wrong way?
The smart clamps have 10 safety protections, including reverse polarity, anti-spark and short-circuit protection. An indicator light tells you when the connection is correct.
My battery is completely dead. Will it still work?
For very low batteries (below 9V), press the BOOST button to force-start.
Which vehicles does it work with?
It's built for 12V vehicles — most cars, SUVs and pickups. Check the user guide for the engine sizes it's rated for.
How does the tire inflator know when to stop?
Choose a preset (car, motorcycle, bike, ball) or set your own pressure up to 150 PSI. The display shows the live pressure and the inflator stops automatically when it reaches your target.
12000mAh or 16000mAh — which should I choose?
Both do the same four jobs. The 16000mAh version stores more energy, so you get more phone charging and inflating between recharges.
Does it work in cold weather?
It's designed to work from -4°F to 140°F. Tip: recharge it every few months so it's always ready when you need it.
How do I charge it?
With the USB-C cable included in the box, from any USB wall adapter or your car's USB port.
